Estimated Transit Time: Delivery to destinations across Europe and the United States typically takes between 5 and 10 business days.
Order Tracking: Upon dispatch, arrival at key transit hubs, and out-for-local-delivery events, automated notification emails containing comprehensive tracking parameters are sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Transit Delays: In the event of a significant transit delay, our administrative team will immediately investigate with the courier. We are committed to resolving transit issues efficiently and will ensure a replacement or refund is issued within 5 business days of the investigation launch, without causing unnecessary delays for our customers.
- Statutory Cancellation Rights (Right of Withdrawal)
In strict accordance with the European Union Consumer Rights Directive and applicable consumer protections within the United States, customers are entitled to a comprehensive right of cancellation.
Cooling-Off Period: Customers retain the right to withdraw from their purchase contract within 14 business days from the date on which physical possession of the goods is acquired by the consumer or an authorized third party.

- Defective, Faulty, or Damaged Items
We maintain rigorous standard operating procedures for quality control prior to dispatch. However, if an item arrives with a genuine defect or suffering from transit-related damage, customers are fully protected.

Resolution Protocol: Upon review and verification of the photographic documentation by our support team, we will process either a complete refund or a complimentary replacement shipment. In alignment with sustainability efforts, Snugpetmat reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to waive the physical return requirement on a case-by-case basis.

For standard returns under the 14-day statutory withdrawal period where the product is undamaged and in its original, merchantable condition, the physical items must be sent to our centralized international depot.

Return Costs and Customs Duties: For standard returns under the cooling-off period, customers are responsible for all international return shipping fees. Please note that all applicable local customs duties, import clearances, or taxes associated with shipping the product back to the United Arab Emirates are the sole responsibility of the customer. Unauthorized chargebacks initiated due to a refusal to clear return shipping costs or customs fees will be formally contested with the payment processor using this agreed policy.
