SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence. Our products are intended for lawful personal consumer use only. You must not use our products for any unauthorised or illegal purpose.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services and potential legal recourse.
SECTION 2 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
We primarily serve and dispatch orders to customers located within the United States and Europe.
Dispatch Location: All orders are processed and dispatched from our facility located in the United Arab Emirates.
Order Processing: Orders are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days from the date of order confirmation.
Estimated Delivery Time: Standard transit times via our premium carrier partners (including DHL Priority, FedEx Priority, and UPS Priority) generally range between five (5) to ten (10) business days.
Order Tracking: To ensure transparency, automated notifications will be dispatched to the email address provided at the time of purchase during critical journey milestones, including order dispatch, arrival at intermediate sorting facilities, and local delivery status.
Delays and Investigations: Should a shipment exceed the standard delivery window, we shall initiate a formal inquiry with the designated carrier. Following the outcome of the investigation, we will, at our discretion and based on the specific circumstances, arrange for either a complete reimbursement or a replacement dispatch.
SECTION 3 – RISK OF LOSS AND TRANSFER OF TITLE
For customers residing within Europe and the United States, the risk of loss, damage, and title to the goods shall transfer to the consumer only upon the physical acquisition of the goods by the consumer or a designated third party acting on the consumer’s behalf. Title does not transfer to the consumer at the point of handover to the carrier.
SECTION 4 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Our return policy is structured to fully comply with European and United States consumer protection regulations.
4.1 Right of Withdrawal (European Customers)
In accordance with applicable European consumer laws, customers residing in Europe possess a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) days from the date on which physical possession of the goods is acquired, without assigning any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision via email at mat@snugpetmat.com.
4.2 Defective, Damaged, or Non-Conforming Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, you are eligible for a remedy.
Notification: You must contact our customer service team via email at mat@snugpetmat.com within fourteen (14) days of receipt.
Evidence Required: Customers must provide clear photographic verification documenting the damage or defect.
Resolution: Upon verification of the submitted evidence, we will process a complete refund or arrange for a replacement shipment. Physical return of the damaged item is not required.
SECTION 5 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
SECTION 6 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, oromissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Snugpetmat and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, and contractors from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service. Such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you products or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to statutory mandatory consumer rights applicable to residents of Europe and the United States within their respective local jurisdictions.
