This policy outlines our logistics procedures, timelines, and terms of carriage to ensure a transparent shopping experience.
- Order Processing Time
All orders are dispatched from our central facility located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Standard order handling and preparation time requires 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date of payment confirmation.
Customers will receive an automated email notification once the consignment has been processed and handed over to our logistical partners.
- Shipping Destinations, Carriers & Transit Times
We partner with premium international express couriers—including DHL Priority, FedEx Priority, and UPS Priority—to facilitate reliable international transit.
European Deliveries: Shipments dispatched via DHL, FedEx, or UPS Priority typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days from the date of dispatch.
United States Deliveries: Shipments dispatched via DHL, FedEx, or UPS Priority typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days from the date of dispatch.
Please Note: These transit times are realistic estimates provided by our commercial carriers. While we maintain rigorous internal operational schedules, delivery windows may be subject to occasional, unforeseen customs processing or logistics network delays beyond our direct control.
- Order Tracking and Milestone Notifications
To maintain complete visibility throughout the transit lifecycle, our automated tracking system will transmit formal status updates to the email address provided at the time of purchase. Customers will receive notifications at the following critical milestones:
Dispatched: Confirmation that the order has departed our facility.
Carrier Intake: Notification that the shipment has been scanned at the initial courier sorting hub.
Local Delivery: Formal notice that the package has arrived with the local courier for final distribution.
- Delayed Shipments and Remediation Protocol
In the event that a shipment exceeds the standard estimated delivery window, the following formal resolution framework will apply:
Investigation Initiation: If a package has not arrived within the standard timeframe, please contact our support desk at mat@snugpetmat.com. We will immediately initiate a formal tracer and investigation with the respective carrier (DHL, FedEx, or UPS).
Resolution Protocol: Upon formal confirmation from the carrier regarding the status or loss of the consignment, we will implement appropriate corrective actions, which may include arranging a replacement shipment or processing a full financial reversal of the transaction, depending on the objective findings of the carrier report.

- Import Duties, Tariffs, and Local Taxes
United States: Orders shipped to the United States generally fall within the standard de minimis thresholds for personal importations; however, the recipient remains legally responsible for any local compliance or state-level import declarations if applicable.
Europe: For European destinations, shipments may be subject to statutory Value Added Tax (VAT) and customs clearance fees upon arrival in the destination country. These statutory charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the sole financial responsibility of the importing consumer.
- Delivery Execution and Carrier Terms
Delivery is deemed complete when the carrier provides formal electronic verification of delivery to the shipping address specified in the order contract. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide precise, accurate, and valid delivery coordinates at checkout to ensure successful execution by the courier.
